Since 2009 I have been appointed arbitrator of ARBIN (Asociación de Arbitraje Inmobiliario -Real Estate Arbitration Association-), one of the first courts of arbitration in Spain specialized in real estate conflicts. This Court has been acknowledged by the Community of Madrid rental initiative, for proprietors and tenants: Consejo Arbitral del Alquiler de la Comunidad de Madrid - Plan Alquila-
In this Court, until now I have issued about seventy arbitration awards; all of them on different circumstances and litigations in respect of urban letting and renting: commercial premises, homes, industrial buildings, etc.
